Mark brings a wealth of knowledge to his clients including 17 years of experience in optimal health, including being a ‘Men’s Fitness’ model and health coach to A-List celebrities like the pop star Rita Ora and Game Of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel.

Mark earned his Masters Degree in Positive Psychology, under the famous, ‘Flow’ Professor, Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi, and teach his clients the science backed proven techniques to feel happier, be more productive, focused and experience higher levels of wellbeing.

He gained Executive Coaching skills from the “Royally Knighted”, Sir John Whitmore ’The Founder Of Modern Day Coaching’. He’s also a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practicioner and certified by the American Board Of Hypnotherapy to literally ‘program’ his clients to be even more successful.

As the Buddha said, “To keep the body in good health is a duty, otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear..”

Mark Dhamma, coach and speaker, shares why he meditates for 1 hour a day:

At age 13, Mark’s was overweight and the kids at school made fun of him. He had know idea why he was overweight because he was very physically active playing both soccer and rugby almost everyday.

One day when he got home from school, he overheard his grandfather tell his mother that he thought Mark was too fat.

Mark was devastated with his grandfather’s comments. And chose to find out the “secret” to having a lean and toned body.

He went back to school and asked Paul, the fittest guy in the school how to get six pack abs. Paul gave him a Men’s Fitness magazine and told him,

“Start by doing the exercises in here each night.”

That began Mark’s habit of learning, applying and sharing on his search for high performance health and mindset so that you can look, feel and perform at your best.

Over the years, Mark sought out the secrets to lasting energy, getting lean and muscular as well as being happy, confident and motivated.

He began by reading hundreds of books on optimal health and fitness by authors like, holistic coach Paul Chek, Dr. John Berardi of Precision Nutrition, the infamous strength coach Mike Boyle at Boston University. Mark went to The University Of Leeds, UK, to a BSc in Sports Science & Physiology where he focused on how sleep affects physical performance and Sports Psychology.

He then spent a term living with his academic hero, Dr. John Berardi of Precision Nutrition, as well as traveling the USA to spent time interning with some of the top health & fitness experts in the world.

Mark interned with the best from all levels including College, Professional (MLB, NFL, NHL & UFC) and Olympic level coaches.

When Mark moved back to London, UK to work as a personal trainer to entrepreneurs, celebrities and executives, he also realized his dream of becoming a fitness model for many publications, including Men’s Fitness, the magazine that originally inspired him.

Realizing that to serve his clients best he would need to help them change their habits and psychology so they could take their health and business to the next level, Mark went on to become an Executive Performance Coach and moved to Los Angeles, CA to gain a Master’s degree in the science of Positive Psychology.

Mark gained his Masters degree under the famed author (of Flow, The Science Of Optimal Experience), psychologist and business professor Dr. Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi.

Since moving to the US Mark has worked with many entrepreneurs from tech, agriculture, finance and even social media stars like Tai Lopez & Michael Morelli Jr.

He appeared on various YouTube and radio shows, spoke at top conferences like PaleoFX.

Mark recently summarized all he has learned from his health and psychology education into lessons and compiled them into a series of ‘High Performance Shortcuts’ he calls, “Limitless: 30 Days To A More Confident, Motivated & Purposeful You.”

He also co-created, with PhD Candidate Jason Beck MA, a meditation program that integrates positive psychology with traditional mindfulness practices.
